The ENTSO-E Transparency Platform API is currently down (see ENTSO-E notice: https://transparency.entsoe.eu/news?id=7921d232-addf-4b78-9c1b-d9791ed8e82b).
Impact: Customers who source day-ahead market prices from ENTSO-E are not receiving new price data. As a result, the energy optimisation AI model cannot optimise BESS schedules until prices are available again.
Nothing is broken on our side — all Fentrica systems are operating normally. Price fetching and optimisation will resume automatically once the ENTSO-E API is restored.
ENTSO-E has stated it will provide an update once normal operations are fully restored. We will post here as soon as we see the API recover.
